our programs

At Bambini Montessori Academy your infant  will safely explore the Montessori environment.  Your child will feel secure in the presence of loving teachers. Our infant classroom  includes developmentally appropriate furniture and materials. Safety is paramount, but equipment that limits a child’s freedom of movement is avoided. Instead, specially designed furniture supports your child’s budding independence, mirrors to reflect body movement, and a sleeping area with individual floor cots /mats, and child-sized tables and chairs rather than high chairs.
Our dedicated teachers will make sure  that you receive a daily written schedule of their day so that you can always be informed. We have an open-door policy for our families and welcome you to come to check on your child to see how they are doing. Come visit us and see our incredible infant program

What we do?

Our toddler students work and play to progress in acquiring physical independence. They enter this program at 6 weeks old, and they are ready to move and communicate, and are interested in meeting their own needs. As they grow, they become more coordinated in caring for themselves–dressing, feeding and using the restroom. We hear them say, “I can do it myself!” as they move from one activity to the next. The activities offered are simple, suited for the needs, interests, and capabilities of very young children. The pace is unhurried and the children have the opportunity to be occupied with an activity for a period of time uninterrupted. When a child is ready for a new activity, the teacher is ready to give individual attention to that child.

What we do?

Our Toddler  program offers so much more than childcare. The  classroom sets up  foster’s your child’s emerging independence and desire for exploration. The environments are designed to promote your child’s growth in all areas of development. Our Montessori Toddler program offers a curriculum that emerges from each child’s unique skills and interests. Based on daily observations, teachers introduce new materials and activities that pique curiosity and stimulate learning. Learning objectives for your child at this age include developing skills such as language, concentration, problem solving, visual discrimination, and physical coordination. Adults also support toddlers in communicating with each other. A range of books allows children to explore on their own or read aloud with an adult. Children work independently, observe others, explore freely, and express their curiosity and creativity. A self-care area fosters toilet awareness and independence in maintaining personal hygiene (such as learning how to wipe one’s nose and wash hands independently). A sleeping area with individual floor cots/mats  that allows toddlers to exercise autonomy in preparing for rest and allows them to get up independently once rested. There is also an area for gross motor activities to help children coordinate their movements, and low tables that enable them to help prepare, serve, eat, and clean up their snacks and meals.

Children’s House – Preschool program

What we do?

Children aged two to five are sensorial explorers that are constantly building their knowledge of the world by absorbing every aspect of their environment, language, and culture. Our program caters to the specific needs of this age group by fulfilling their innate desire to learn through direct sensory experiences with self-teaching materials. Our preschool curriculum covers the five key areas, with science, music, art and physical education playing an important part in daily activities. In this age group, children choose their own tasks and work independently at their own pace, under the gentle guidance of a trained teacher. The focus of this program is to prepare children for school and help them to develop independence, a strong sense of self, self-motivation, and a love of learning.
